Has anyone tried nuun hydration tablets? Did you like it?
I just got some. I will try it out tomorrow. Seems I'm always trying to find that perfect something for my long runs. (Gatorade bothers my stomach.)

i really like emergen-c better. it has a gram of vitamin C. it also has b6- and b12 that give you a nice natural energy boost. Nuun has alot more sodium. but I use succeed S!caps and ive used those the past couple of races with great results. i use 3 emergen-c's per race and usually 2-3 s caps (this is per 50k) i just read some stuff about how vitamins C and E are pertinent for endurance athletes to stop cell damage from endurance activities. unfortunately i dont think either product has vitamin E. NUUN Sodium (carbonates) 360.0 Potassium (bicarbonate) 100.0 Calcium (carbonate) 12.5 Magnesium (sulfate) 25.0 Vitamin C 37.5 Vitamin B2 500mcg Emergen-c www.emergenc.comTotal Fat 0g 0% Saturated Fat 0g 0% Sodium 60mg 2% Potassium 200mg 6% Total Carbohydrate 6g 2% Dietary Fiber 0g 0% Sugars 6g Protein 0% Vitamin C 1667% Calcium 5% Thiamin (B1) 25% Riboflavin (B2) 25% Niacin (B3) 25 Vitamin B6 500% Folic Acid (Folate) 3% Vitamin B12 417% Magnesium 15% Panthothenic Acid 25 Zinc 13% Manganese 25% Chromium 8% but again thats just what i use. and ive been using emergen-c for the past 4 or 5 years as an immune /energy booster. hope this helps

Salty! ...but better than the taste of iodine tablets. I have to use 1 for 2 liters instead of the recommended dosage.
