I was just wondering if any of you guys are in the Columbus, GA area. I don't always have time to train with a partner, but it would be nice to have someone to run with on the long ones. If anyone is interested, let me know.

I am in the Columbus, GA area and wouldn't mind a partner now and again on my long runs. I am not a speedster though! Where do you normally do your long runs at?

Guys - I live between Columbus and Pine Mountain, and I too am up for some company on a long run here and there. I'm new to GUTS and this forum, but am planning on running the Pine Mtn 40 this year, if it takes place.
I'm a road runner thus far and have run alot of marathons, halfs, etc., but nothing trail..yet, anyway, so I'm eager to get into grabbing some long runs in the Pine Mtn trails. Let me know where you guys are running at, and I may try to join you.

I am new to GUTS and live across the river in Phenix City. Where are some good trails around here? Closer than Pine Mountain?

I'm stationed at ft. benning. but i live in williamson which is near pine mtn. I run a lot out on the back roads on kelly hill and harmony church. but i prefer pine mtn. there are trails at flat rock in columbus off of macon road i believe. nothing difficult though.
