Don't know if anyone saw this recently on the Ultra list but I'm going to sign up. Basic premise - add 10 miles to your long run every month beginning this month. So long runs of ... Jan 10 miles, Feb 20 miles, Mar 30 miles etc. Run can be a race or training and take place anytime during the month. I am going to look at combining this with races (ie marathon in Feb, 50k in March, 50 M in May, 100k in June by summer/fall it'll be time to HTFU. see website for more details on charity support etc 10milechallenge.blogspot.com/Josh
