I almost didn't do the 12 miler yesterday after fighting a cold all last week. Now after it's all over I'm glad I did. Thanks to all the volunteers for the encouragement and liquids to keep me going. I really had a good experience, the course was marked great which came in handy when I was alone out there with the bears.
Thanks,
Dave

So now I know who it was that tied all of those ribbons, double-knotted, on every sticker bush on Fort Mountain! As I sit here, typing with fingers scarred from trying to remove those ribbons from the thorns, I want to thank you for marking the course better than I have ever seen a course marked! It was a pain in the bootie to remove them, but as a runner who gets lost at every race, I think you did a great job! Ummm....Jeff and Jason marked about 96% of the course. You can thank them for your briar issues!! They did say something about you sweeping and that they would make it real fun for you!! LOL!!

Everyone,
Thanks for being a part of the event this weekend. We are glad that everyone had such a good time and hope you will be back next year.
Everything went so well this weekend and we could not have done it without all the volunteers. I would especially like to thank Rockman for taking on the challenge and responsibilities of being our Chief Course Marshall. He did an absolutely outstanding job creating a plan and executing, along with the help of all those who helped mark the trail. I would also like to thank my aid station captains (Susan, Jamie, Jaydene, Victor, Andrew) who provided great support for the runners.
Thanks again, Janice

Thanks to all those who organized, volunteered, cheered, mocked, and otherwise made M3 a treat.
