I'm old to running, but new to this group & have been on the sidelines for a couple of years so am gone to seed pretty much. I'm needing a running partner near Cumming, Forsyth County, where we have a pretty good trail on Sawnee Mountain. Help me get back in tune, somebody out there! Ted Brooke, Cumming.

;D I'll vouch for Ted, he has run a few miles with me. ;D Ted crewed for me at AR 100M Travellier. So he is a friend and wishes the GUTS Members up there near Cumming that run the trails up there to hook up. Ted knows all the trails. gitagoing

Ted - feel free to email me. I'm in Cumming off of Campground Rd. and run at Sawnee occasionally. My schedule has been somewhat chaotic over the past year, but i expect that to be over.

I'm still planning to head over in the morning. Probably closer to 8-ish as the kids are still up and have way too much energy to get to bed. If its still a 3-ish mile loop over the mountain and around the new Laurel(?) trail, I'm thinking of doing just 3 laps clockwise (I can run more of the climb in that direction). That still should give me time to get home and get the kids loaded up in the car for biking over at Blanket's Creek in Woodstock. If anyone is going to head over, I'll be there. Look for the white Subaru.
I do like passing the water fountain to refill the water bottle each lap.
