Just found out about GUTS after a post on the ultra list about a 50/100K on the silver comet trail (which I would just love to do!). Glad to see you guys exist... haven't run in 25 days (hurt my IT band @ stump jump) but look forward to meeting some of y'all and maybe in the near future running with ya too

sorry to hear about your IT band, but as soon as you are healed you'll have to join us for a run!
keep a lookout on the forum for training runs, torture runs, races, etc
there is a Pine Mtn fun run this weekend as well as an ez run at Kennesaw Mtn take it ez, Janice

I too am new hear,,,i stumbled on the place and was glad to find it. I dont know anyone who does this crazy stuff near me. I have some great techinal trails here close going up to 45 miles on the pinhoti..I would love to travel to meet you guys or you could come here.I also ran the Stumpjump and it was awesome..I got lost a few times , which probably cost me at least 2nd place. it was my first race other than you guys fatass several years ago which i remember running some with jslug.. someone let me know when some training runs are going ..got to get ready for mt. mist..peace out. Janice and I are running from her house at 7:30am Sunday, 11-28-04. Not sure on the mileage yet. Just thought we'd see what we felt up to when we hit the trail.
