I was up in Tennesse this past weekend and was fortunate to have my trip coincide with the Big South Fork 17.5 mile run. When I got there it was great to see that there were several Georgians and GUTS members taking part. I am new this year to GUTS, having only run the Sweetwater, but it was great to meet Sally and Marty as well as the other Georgians who did quite well. By the way, my real name is Jeff, for those of you who I got to speak with there. It was a fantastic day for running - lots of really good times for the elite ones. The run is beautiful, not too technical, and quite scenic with bluffs and caves to run by. I did a 2:51:28, which was good for me. Those who have not run this before might want to consider it for next year. Just wanted to say it was cool to see you guys there. Jeff

Jeff, it was great talking with you at the BSF....it's one of my favorite trail races. Great week-end for camping and running. Hope to see you at future events!
