I'm looking for folks in Atlanta or north burbs who run in the morning and don't mind having me meet up with them. I don't care about the pace or distance, because I don't need to run "with" you. I just need to be expected somewhere, or I won't get up to do it. I don't have problems being motivated in the winter, just in the summer. I just can't seem to acclimate to the heat. It wears me out. I can-and do- still jog at night, but it's wearing me down now. Running at 11 pm used to be fine, but now it's keeping me up too late. I've been a night runner for about 15 years since I moved to the hot south, but want to switch. One year I had to be at work at 6, but had a break from 7 to 8, so I was on the track every day at 7, but that only lasted for a few weeks. I've tried tricks to make myself get up earlier. They just don't work. It's only when someone will be waiting for me that I can do it. Let me know if you meet, esp. if you're in S.springs, Dunwoody, E. Cobb, Roswell, Buckhead. thanks!
