I preface this with the fact that hydration is my nemesis. I sweat like a fiend. I can easily drink 50+ oz an hour. I have a 100 oz CamelBak. I plan to stop at the Len Foote Hike Inn but was curious on where to get water past Springer.
Any help would be appreciated.

suck it up. i don't plan on taking any water this weekend, or food, I will eat a stick and suck on some dirt to get hydration if I really need it, but I probably won't cause I'll be running with you slow pokes.
I am in so much trouble, did I mention I am out of shape?

From the top of Amicalola Falls the first water stop is about 5 miles (just a little spring). There is another small spring at the camping area just past Springer. From Springer to Three Forks there are a number of stream crossings (4mi). From Three Forks to Long Creek Falls (1mi) you follow a stream. From Long Creek (AT/BMT split) to Hightower Gap (4mi) on the AT there is one stream. I never take water from the trail, I always take enough with me (about 150oz) on my 50k out and back.
Good luck!

Rami - I know you will be just fine. The hardest part will be the 5AM start.
bgood - thanks for the advice. I'm leery of stream water myself but I used 300+ oz on the 50K at Red Top last Sunday. I might need them.
