???I'm new to guts and have trail running for about a year. avg miles for last 6 mos is 50. Recently I was T-Boned & brke two ribs . question is anybody ever had to recover from this? How Long did it take ? How to get back to race form (50k) ? The only thing I can do fitness wise is 1hr a day on stationary bike @ 70% max hr. Any input?
