I like to run with hand-held water bottles, but over time they all seem to leak. Have you found any hand-held bottles (20 oz or so) that have not leaked after many uses?

I'm with you. I get so sick of them shooting water out on my legs as I run.
I've had really good luck with the Specialized Little Big Mouth. Available at most Specialized Bicycle dealers or at their website.

REI carries the Ultimate Direction Fastdraw bottles....I've been using one for 1 1/2 years with no leaks (just bought another also for longer runs like the Coosa). The valve is great - easy to pull out and pops back closed tight. They also have a nice mesh pocket to carry keys, gels, etc. I highly recommend them.

Is that the one with the red nipple?

That's the one with the red nipple, and I mean nipple. I use Ultimate bottle holders but you can keep the rubber nipple. It made me feel dirty, and not in a good way. Some folks really like them though. Give it a try at worst case you have a great bottle hold with the before mentioned nifty pocket for keys, gu, or a smashed up moonpie.

Polar bottles never leak. Buy the nathan for the hand held pouch and plant a flower in the nathan bottle. they all suck. at least nathan is consistent, they all leak. anyway, Polar keeps you drink cold, or hot whichever you want. also with proper pour you can drink beer from them to! www.polarbottle.com/
