Thank you all! What great day! ...and we did in fact get a nice, heaping helping of heat and humidity to make the Hot 2 Trot rock it's namesake.
Volunteers were awesome ...the cold-water-dude was awesome, Matt Silva, Jane and the rest of the timers were spot-on, the food was excellent with wide varieties of goodies.
ALL the runners were fun, entertaining, polite, supportive.
Hot 2 Trot rawks!

Thanks for all of the hard work, Susan and I both had a great time. I know how hard being a volunteer is and I have all the respect in the world for those filling that position on race day. Thanks to all.

Just wanted to echo the sentiment of everyone else - this was my 1st H2T (3rd guts event) - the volunteers manning the aid stations were awesome, other runners were extremely courteous and positive which is tough doing so many laps on a single track course. I usually have serious cramping issues (the Sweet H20 was a disaster for me in that regard) but the insistence of the aid folks, particularly Tom, to fill up my water bottle kept me going and staved off cramping until the final lap - I tripped over the same stump I think Christian mentioned at least twice, the 2nd time I went down hard....but hey, it just makes for a better story later!
Thanks again everyone, Charles Raffensperger
