We're holding pretty regular trail training runs for Mount Cheaha 50K. I know you know the course very well, and probably don't need MC50K-specific training, but I didn't know if your group had some newbies who may want to come run in a fun, non-intimidating environment with us. If so, we're running from Adam's Gap this Saturday at 8 a.m. (Central Time), and we're going to go to Blue Hell up and then back down to Cheaha Lake where we'll have cars to ferry people back to the start. Just put them in touch with me if they want to come. (Last weekend we did from Porter's Gap to Adam's Gap.) Thanks! Brooke (brookenelson@amcvets.com or 256-239-9001)
