Many Thanks to Sarah & the Volunteers
« Thread Started on Aug 8, 2010, 4:03pm »

What a great day!! I can hardly move today. But I didn't die. Thanks to Sarah and all the volunteers for keeping me vertical and moving for 8 hours. (I wanted to quit after the first lap (maybe during the first lap)).

My first GUTS event. The toughest run I've ever done...but had a great time even though I feel it today. Thanks to Sarah and all the volunteers for helping out!

Thanks to Sarah and to all of the volunteers for helping me finish in one piece. Outstanding effort on everyone's part. Here's looking forward to Hot To Trot 2011.

Here's my report:

I would like to agree with all. Sarah and the volunteers make this race doable. I love "Cold Water Dude" and really liked the Addition of "Pitcher of Ice Chick" this year.

Thanks to all, and great job as usual Sarah.

Cool, I have 3 new nicknames since Saturday! "Ice Queen" "Ice Ice Baby" and now "Pitcher of Ice Chick". Does it get any better than this? Congrats to all of the runners out there, you were all fabulous in that heat and that endlessly (I'm sure it seemed) looping loop!

Yes, Thank you, thank you, thank you Sarah to you and all of the volunteers for making the race so great! Sarah, your volunteers are always the best, but this year they were ABOVE AND BEYOND the best! The volunteers manning the water and ice area saved all of us on what was a 'warm' day! It was a great day and great venue! Thank you as always for everything you do!
